Our clients are anyone who controls farmland including: trusts, estates, charitable organizations, corporations, and governmental agencies. Most of our clients are individual landowners.

Schroeder/Huber LLC Agricultural Services has extensive experience in farmland real estate sales, purchases, and exchanges throughout the Midwest.

Farm Management and Appraisals
We are active in appraising farm land. Our staff includes Accredited Farm Managers, Accredited Rural Appraisers, and three State Certified General Appraisers.

Our Staff
Our four professional farm managers are licensed real estate sales experts, and three are State Certified General Appraisers specializing in rural farmland appraisals. Each farm manager was raised with a farm background and has the minimum of a B.S. degree. All managers receive continuing education in farm management, real estate sales, and rural appraisals every year to assure that our customers receive the best up-to-date services available in the industry.
