If we receive notice that the email we sent did not go through, we will mail you a letter stating that we are having problems sending information to your current email address. To view your eStatement, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, it can be downloaded for free at www.Adobe.com\products\acrobat. We will notify you whenever we change or revise this requirement. At that time, you will have the right to withdraw your consent at no cost to you.
You may cancel your eStatement at anytime by calling the bank at 866-242-6262 and we will deactivate your eStatement feature. At the point of cancellation, your next statement will be mailed to the address we currently have on file.
eStatements will be available to you for one year after becoming first available. You may request a copy of your statement at any time during that one year without being charged a fee. After the statement is no longer available to you online, should you request a copy, a $3.00 fee per statement will be assessed.
