We’re developing the next generation of leaders

Hickory Point Bank is launching an innovative leadership program designed to help recent graduates grow into leadership roles. You will have a unique opportunity to see a variety of different areas in the bank and grow into leadership positions. Hickory Point Bank’s leadership programs are designed to provide a challenging, fast-paced, and real world experience. You will have access to members of the Bank’s executive leadership team, who also serve as leaders within their communities to help position you for successful careers in banking. You have a unique opportunity to jump start your career through hands-on, impactful projects, comprehensive training and development, paving the way for a robust career at Hickory Point Bank.
We are currently offering 2 different development paths designed for different goals and qualifications.

Program Path Options
Consumer Leadership Program
Through the Consumer Banking Leadership Program you will have the opportunity to work in various roles in the banking center in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the consumer business.
Commercial Officer Program
